Before you log this job …

·   Is this a matter for Campeyn Group or another party? For example, an equipment supplier? If you are unsure contact your Service Manager.

·   Have you logged this job before? – if so, please check the status of the existing job, and email Campeyn to enquire about progress if required.

·  If your request is Critical in nature (2 hours) please contact Campeyn Group on 1300 125 953 immediately after logging the request

Examples of Critical works include; Life threatening or immediate risk of injury, any event which compromises security, gas odour, major leak or flooding, fire/fire alarm, hoist entrapment or major loss of power.

The more details the better..

·   The more details you can provide, the sooner we can have the correct contractor attend, and resolve your request.
    eg: If there is a leaking tap, please let us know exactly where in the property the tap is located.
    If there is a hole in the wall, please let us know the location, the size of the hole, the material etc.
   

·   Please ensure that you have a photo ready and submit it along with your request - a picture speaks a thousand words!
